Welcome to Sandytrove! If this is your first time purchasing with us, do take some time to read through this Q&A.

 

How do I order?

Simply cart out the item in the preferred item and colour (where applicable) and then proceed to check out once you have added the desired items to your cart.

What is a pre-order?

All our bags and accessories are on pre-order unless stated so.

We take orders daily between Monday to Friday during office hours. Items are expected to reach us within 3-4 weeks from date of payment before we can send them out to you. If your item is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been verified. We are afraid that we do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it has been confirmed.

I have a discount code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

Do quote the code under “Coupon Code” which can be found at the Check Out Page.

How do I pay for my order?

Currently we accept payments made by ATM transfer and Internet Banking.

Please retain your ATM transaction slip and email us a snapshot of it to sandytrove@gmail.com once payment is made. We will only process your item only when payment has been verified.

How do I take $5 discount off my first purchase?

Every purchase you make, you will be given purchase points. Every dollar spent gives you 1 point. Conversion is 100 points to $1.

These points are not exchangeable for cash and do not have an expiry date as long as you hold an account with us.

Firstly, you will need to open an account with us before 500 points ($5 discount) is credited to your account. After which, add to cart the items you desire to purchase before checking out.

At the checkout page, you can choose to redeem 500 points for a $5 discount off the total amount in your shopping cart.

How many points can I earn?

Points earned for account sign-up: +500 points

Points earned for writing a review: +100

Purchase points you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our shop

Spend and redeem the points for current or future purchases!

Has my order been shipped out?

You will receive an email from us once your item has been shipped out.

If you have opted for anytime or evening courier delivery, your item should reach you in 3-4 working days. If there is no one at home at time of delivery, you can reschedule with Ninjavan at no extra cost.

Normal postage should take between 4-7 working days to reach you. We are not responsible for any lost in normal mail.

Modes of Delivery Offered (LOCAL)

1. Normal Mail

All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels 2-7 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for normal parcels is at 2kg. As tracking is not available for this, Sandy Trove will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage

2. Courier Delivery

  • Anytime courier delivery

    • Smaller items such as accessories and bags within Singpost size and weight limit will be sent via Singpost. Other bags will be sent via standard courier which will take 3-4 working days after sent out.

  • Evening courier delivery

    • Delivery will be made between 6pm to 10pm daily except on Sundays.
